Refund policy
At Blockchaintrix we provide the best possible solution for
our customers to ensure a favorable relationship beneficial
ultimately to the User, in such regard we have a 3-day
money-back guarantee should the customer not be
satisfied with the service, the customer can get a refund
within 3 days of making a payment for the service(s)
ordered. Please keep in mind that even though we offer a
full money-back guarantee, we will issue a refund only for
the unused portion of the service rendered.
Custom Service Requests
Please note that any cost applicable to additional services
such as custom service requests or technical support are
non-refundable as our time cannot be recovered.
Cancellation and Termination.
- a. Either party can cancel a Request/Order Term at any
given time should the Request/Order Term be deemed
untenable by providing written notice to the other party.
Customer should provide such notice by emailing
Blockchaintrix at info@blockchaintrix.com.

Customer can terminate a Request/Order Term at any
time by emailing Blockchaintrix
at info@blockchaintrix.com. If Customer terminates within
3 days following the start of the Request/Order Term,
Customer will receive a refund of the fees paid for the terminated Request/Order Term.
Should Customer
terminate after 3 days, Customer will not receive any
refund.
- Customer is required to notify Blockchaintrix of any
changes to its payment information, contact information or
other information provided in connection with its requested
service. Blockchaintrix may also use updated payment
information it obtains independently from third-parties. In
the event a payment is not completed for any reason, the
customer is notified to make necessary adjustments.
